Cape Point Ostrich Farm unveils New Restaurant

We are delighted to inform you of the forthcoming changes to the Cape Point Ostrich Farm, which is located at Cape Point, next to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.

We have been an established venue for the last 20 years and with time comes change. From the 1st September 2015, the Cape Point Ostrich Farm will host a full a-la-carte Restaurant called “The Hatchery”.

“The Hatchery” will be located in our beautiful Cape Dutch Homestead overlooking the Farm and ostrich paddocks. The Restaurant will serve a variety of delicious homemade and health conscious foods. “The Hatchery” can also be booked for large groups, for which we will provide a set menu.

The Boutique, now located in the stables, will offer, as always, the widest variety of ostrich leather products in South Africa.

Last, but not least, we will continue our famous tours of the breeding facilities, informing our guests about all aspects of ostrich farming, which is an industry that is unique to our country.
