Ellerman House Swimming Pool Renovations
We will be doing an upgrade of the main Swimming pool at Ellerman House from the 1st June – 28th July 2014. Please note that the rooms that are situated above the swimming pool have been closed for sale during this period so none of the guests will look directly onto the construction site.
We will be hording the garden off from the left of the staircase to the end of the swimming pool and guests will not be able to use this area during the above period.
We will be removing the palm trees around the swimming pool and also retiling the area. Therefore there will be scaffolding, tile grinding and a stump grinder on the property during the upgrade. The noisy work will predominantly be done during the first week and guests will be affected by general construction sounds. The direct view from the rooms and public areas is not affected, however, the construction site is visible.
