Ilanga supports little Ilanga

Little Ilanga….a cheetah special to us from baby to Adult at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre for some years now.
Appropriately named little “Ilanga”, our first sighting of little Ilanga went something like this ….. definitely love at first sight!

And almost 6 years later she is now a very beautiful young lady and has babies of her own ….
The wonderful folks at the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre do really great work on helping to ensure the survival of these magnificent cats, and need all the support they can get. They work not only with cheetah, but many species of cats, from black footed cats to caracals and lion, as well as wild dogs, orphaned rhino, sheep (yes), sable antelope, and they support a huge colony of vultures and marabou storks….which come to visit after feeding time …
