Lanzerac Room Refurbishment Plan 2014 / 2015

The Lanzerac is now proud to announce that they are officially onto phase 3 of their refurbishment plan – the exciting refurbishment of the hotel rooms and suites! Lanzerac will of course commit to the very careful management of this process to have the least impact on the guest experience.

The following measures have been put in place:-

• They will endeavour to place your guests in rooms furthest from any refurbishment. Lanzerac’s rooms are very spread out over the Estate and this layout will lend itself to careful room assignment.
• Any area under refurbishment will be fully screened off.
• Builders will not be permitted to leave the area under refurbishment and any building staff will be dressed in uniform and name tagged.
• A security official will be stationed at the area under refurbishment.

The below is the schedule going forward, however please be advised that time frames are weather permitting and may be subject to change through winter.

Stage 1 : 01 November 2014 – 31 January 2015

Rooms : 224 / 225 / 226 / 227

Stage 2 : 01 February 2015 – 30 April 2015

Rooms : 218 / 219 / 220

Stage 3 : 01 May 2015 – 31 July 2015

Rooms : 221 / 222 / 223 and 232 / 233 / 234 / 235 / 236 / 237 / 238 / 239

Stage 4 : 01 August 2015 – 31 October 2015

Rooms : 001 / 002 / 003 / 004 / 005 / 006 / 007 / 008 / 009 / 010 / 011 / 012 / 033 / 014 / 015

Stage 5 : Time frame has not yet been determined

Remaining Rooms : 211 / 212 / 213 / 214 / 215 / 216 / 217 and 111 / 113 / 119

The Manor House rooms are still under review.

The Lanzerac Spa will also be undergoing a full remodel – the time frame of which will need to be advised once received.

The room design, look & feel links well into the phases already completed. It is a very exciting time for Lanzerac and they are most happy with the plans going forward!
