Pestano Bazaruto Closing for Renovations in 2016

Our presence and strategy regarding Mozambique is clearly linked with the current state of affairs in the country, there is a noticeable decrease of business due to several reasons beyond our capability to control. This has had an impact on our results, but believing that this downturn will be inverted within the next years we are taking advantage of this situation to renovate, and that is what we will do with our units in Mozambique.

Due to its layout Maputo will be renovated but kept open, but in the case of Bazaruto, we will close it down for approximately 12 months from 15th January 2016. We will keep you informed regarding opening dates when we have a clear perspective of that date.

Regarding any bookings after the 15th January, Ilanga Travel have provided acceptable solutions to clients.
