Thanda now using Federal Air

Guests can now spend more time with us instead of getting to us!

We have linked up with Federal Airlines to offer guests the option of flying to Thanda from Johannesburg’s OR Tambo terminal on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Quick and easy, these direct flights eliminate the three-hour road transfer from Durban’s King Shaka Airport, or the 600km drive from Johannesburg.

Until our own airstrip has been completed, guests will be flown to Phinda Airstrip where they are met by a Thanda representative for the short drive into Thanda Private Game Reserve.
